Order Processing:
NOTE: We are currently moving! Our filling and shipping department will be working around and during our move so your current orders are being filled. Please be patient as it may take extra time to process your orders. Again, thank you and we apologize.
It may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen.
When we receive a high volume of orders, there may be approximately 2 to 15 additional business days to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen.
**We do not provide expedited service.**
Shipping Policy:
All shipping is provided via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase.
We require a signature for all deliveries. (You cannot Waive Signature Delivery)
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A P.O. Box addresses, orders will be automatically canceled if there's no valid street address.
In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.
Orders that are $200.00 and above can only be shipped to the billing address.
At the present time, we are only shipping to the United States.

Shipping Method:
You can choose Ground:
(UPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days.)
You can choose Express:
(UPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days.)
Or, you can choose Overnight:
(UPS usually delivers within 1 business day.)
Please note that it may be longer for UPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves Shopkitson.
UPS does not deliver on federal holidays.
UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt UPS will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further complications with your delivery: please make sure to give us your most accessible phone number.
In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.
Shipping a Gift:
We can ship your purchase as a gift to another party.
All items are shipped in a kitson shopping bag, and are not gift wrapped.

Gift cards can be purchased online in various denominations from $25.00 - $1,000.00
You can buy multiples of each denomination.
Gift Cards Policy:
Gift cards can be used at any or our kitson store locations only. Recipients that would like to place an online order must call in with their gift card number and a coupon code will be issued with the same amount to be able to be used with our website. Second, select the items that are desired to be purchased and write down the names of the items with sku numbers and prices.
Recipients of gift card should not place their Gift Card Order on the internet, because the total of the entire order will be charged to their credit card without reflecting the gift card.
*Please note, that gift cards are handled as legal tender. Therefore; if a gift card is lost, a replacement cannot be issued.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Kitson prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed into another box when being shipped back as a return.
If you do not ship the shoes back by this method, you will receive $10.00 less credit from your order.
All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Shopkitson.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange. Refer to Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items section below.

Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by DHL, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
Web Credits:
Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy that determine a Web Credit, a customer will be issued a web credit minus the shipping costs that can be used to purchase products on Shopkitson.com

Back-Orders:
If a single item order is on back-order, it will take approximately two to four weeks before another shipment arrives.
When the shipment arrives we will send the back ordered item. Please keep in mind that on rare occasion back ordered items may take longer to receive than the allotted two to four weeks.
In the event that an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; Shopkitson will ship the items in stock and remove the back order item from your order.
You will not be charged for the removed item.
If the back order item is still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the item that you want, so that you can reorder the item.
*In some cases, when an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; Shopkitson may hold the complete order until the shipment for the back order item arrives, and then the complete order will be shipped.
Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items:
You may only cancel your order via telephone or fax, up to the time the order is shipped.
You cannot cancel your order via email.
If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Shopkitson.
Shopkitson may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available.
You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled because the item or items are out of stock.
In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Shopkitson will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock.
You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.
